Living in Dubai for nearly 9 years, I came across a raw food workshop, where I fell in love with energy balls. After having my daughter in 2016 my passion for crafts, food and a healthy lifestyle grew, to the point where I was trying new recipes daily. Roll on to 2017 where I now find myself in a wonderful position of sharing my passion for a living.

Where does the name Harvie&Polar come from? My daughters name is Harvie-Grace, and her best friend is polar (her polar bear, obviously). The name of the balls are also her friends: Frank (a dog), Olly (the octopus), Sophie (the giraffe), Harry (a bear), Row (a parrot), Moo (a cow) and Charlie (the caterpillar).
