Bored of having cereal for breakfast? When I saw the sugar content in my favourite cereals I decided to take matters into my own hands and make my own. Overnight oats are an easy and quick alternative, adding different nuts and berries, fresh or dried to brighten up your morning. My favourite go-to for breakfast, or even as a snack is sliced apple and peanut butter. Its so simple to make but keeps me full! Try it and see which flavours work for you.

I find Braeburn apples are the best as they are so full of flavour!

Slice the apple up into rounds, taking out the seeds (optional).

Slather on the peanut butter, smooth or crunchy, homemade or store bought.

Then add your favourite toppings! I like cacao nibs and bee pollen....

...Or pumpkin, goji and cacao nibs...

...Or goji berries, pumpkin seeds and sliced almonds.
